Cyber Pashto provides digital educational products only. Because our courses are delivered electronically and become available shortly after purchase, they are subject to this policy.
Refund Policy
We aim to provide high-quality educational content. Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be approved only in genuine circumstances.
Eligible Refund Requests
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
- Payment processing errors.
- Purchased course cannot be accessed due to an unresolved technical issue.
Refunds Will Not Normally Be Issued If
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong course.
- You have accessed or completed a significant portion of the course.

Return Policy
Since Cyber Pashto only sells digital courses and learning materials, there are no physical products to return. Therefore, returns are not applicable.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel an order before payment is completed.
- Once payment is successful and course access has been granted, cancellation may not be possible.
- Future subscription services, if offered, will follow their own cancellation terms.
